Request a late check-out for CHF 100.00. Only if available. If you have not checked out by 2.00 p.m., you will be charged the price for one night.

Half board: daily we serve a 5-course dinner.

When you have booked half board, you can visit our à la carte restaurant Silberhorn-Stube. As part of your half-board arrangement, you will receive a 20% discount per full paying person (excluding drinks).

Dogs are allowed in the hotel, however, not in the SPA area and dining room. Charge CHF 25.00 per day without fodder.

If you wish to have your clothes cleaned, you will find a laundry bag with the price list in your wardrobe. The clothes will be freshly cleaned within the next 24 hours. When you hand in your clothes before 9 a.m., you will get them back on the same day.

In case you prefer to wash your clothes by yourself, you may use our in-house washing machines on the ground floor. (against a surcharge). You can buy washing powder at the reception desk.

For a fee of CHF 6.00, our porter will be happy to pick you up at the train station in Wengen and help you with your luggage. You can also book this service for your departure, under the same conditions.

For arrival and departure from the Lauterbrunnen car park to the hotel, our porter will be happy to assist you for an additional charge of CHF 50.00.

The drinks in the minibar will be refilled and charged to your bill daily. On your departure day, please inform the reception upon check-out about your consumption of the last night. Thanks.

All our rooms as well as the whole hotel is non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding. You find an ashtray outside of the hotel at the main entrance.

In summer, the outdoor swimming pool in Wengen is open from June (depending on the weather situation) to the mid/end of August.

The outdoor swimming pool is about 10 minutes away from the hotel.

For transfers from Lauterbrunnen, we will gladly organize a public taxi for you. Please contact our reception desk.

A kettle is available in the room.
